All Sales Are Final. Because our jewelry is handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, or style preference. Custom and made-to-order pieces are also final sale.
Natural Stones & Handmade Variation. Gemstones are natural materials, and every piece is made by hand. Color, pattern, size, and shape may vary slightly from the photos. These variations are not defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email address] with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After we review your photos, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.
